    Absolutely not! We welcome beginners and experienced paddlers alike. Our rentals are suitable for all skill levels, and our friendly staff is always available to provide basic instruction and tips for getting started. Whether you're trying paddleboarding for the first time or you're a seasoned pro, we'll ensure you have a safe and enjoyable experience on the water. So, don't hesitate to give it a try – paddleboarding is easier than you think!
  • What Should I Bring For My Paddleboarding Session?
    We recommend bringing the following items for your paddleboarding adventure: Appropriate Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing suitable for water activities, such as a swimsuit, board shorts, or quick-drying athletic wear. Avoid cotton as it can become heavy and uncomfortable when wet. Sun Protection: Don't forget to apply sunscreen generously to exposed skin, including your face, arms, and legs. Wearing a hat, sunglasses with a strap, and rash guards can also provide additional sun protection. Water and Snacks: Stay hydrated by bringing plenty of water in a reusable bottle. Pack lightweight snacks like energy bars or fruit to keep you fueled during your paddleboarding session. Footwear: While paddleboarding barefoot is an option, water shoes or sandals with straps can provide better grip and protection for your feet, especially in rocky areas or on hot surfaces. Towel and Change of Clothes: Bring a towel to dry off after your paddleboarding session, and consider packing a change of clothes for added comfort during your post-activity relaxation. Personal Items: Securely store any personal belongings such as keys, phones, wallets, and cameras in waterproof containers or dry bags to keep them safe and dry while out on the water. Safety Gear: Although life jackets are provided with our rentals, if you have your own personal flotation device (PFD) that you prefer, feel free to bring it along. Optional Extras: Depending on your preferences and planned activities, you may also want to bring a waterproof watch, waterproof camera or GoPro for capturing memorable moments, and a waterproof phone case for navigation or emergencies.     Absolutely! We understand convenience is key to your paddleboarding experience. That's why we offer both curb-side pickup and free local delivery and pickup services within Canmore. Curb-side Pickup: If you prefer to pick up your paddleboard rental directly from our location, simply let us know when you make your reservation, and we'll have everything ready for you when you arrive. We will be happy to assist you in loading the equipment Into your vehicle so you can hit the water without delay. Free Local Delivery and Pickup: For added convenience, we offer local delivery and pickup services within Canmore. Just provide us with your location and preferred time, and we'll deliver the paddleboard rental directly to you. After your session, we'll arrange a convenient pickup time and location to retrieve the equipment. This service saves you time and hassle, allowing you to focus on enjoying your paddleboarding adventure. Whether you choose curb-side pickup or local delivery and pickup, we're dedicated to providing a seamless experience from start to finish.   • What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
    We understand that plans can change, and we strive to provide flexibility for our customers. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental time will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the rental fee. No-shows or cancellations made after the scheduled rental time will not be eligible for a refund. We value your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.
